职位描述 职位描述: 1. GENERAL SUMMARY: a. Responsible for selling Ti products within an assigned territory. b. Represent the Company to the distributors and end users in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions and other distribution support activities. c. Create long-term relationships with customers. 2. PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Follow up the potential customers, either directly or through authorized channel partners, defined by pre-sales and complete the order. b. Work with established sales network alliances. c. Perform 1st screening of qualified and urgent leads from BU. Distribute and follow up leads to authorized channel partners. d. Perform funnel management with authorized channel partners. e. Work with channel partner to develop and execute local market-making plan. Work with BU to execute national market-making plan. f. Maintain long-term relationships with these customers to secure and renew orders. g. Recognize potential problems (including poor sales performance) and take corrective action. h. May participate in developing initial business concepts and business cases for product development. i. Perform related duties as assigned. 3. SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED: a. Good knowledge of industry, products, and applications. b. Ability to work with assigned markets segment to sell and interact effectively with customers and resolve customer problems. c. Must be highly self motivated and possess good sales skills. 4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: a. BSEE or comparable technical degree with 4 years MNC industry working experience (at least two years' sales experience) b. Big plus if familiar with infrared thermometer industry c.
